I think I say this every year but where is the time going?? To be honest December has hit me a bit quicker than anticipated (I’ve usually done the majority of my shopping by now – this year I’ve not even bought my Christmas cards!)…
Life has been a bit crazy to do a fully comprehensive gift guide for family, friends, men and kids but I thought I’d do a little round-up of some great items – either for yourselves or others, all at the more reasonable end of the budget. As always, most of these are items I’ve bought people myself (Arket’s handwash, candles and handcream have been a go-to gift for friends lately), I’ve seen instore and loved or have been considering buying people myself.

And what have I asked for? Well, my life isn’t the most exciting at the moment…I’ll be honest. I’ve asked for ‘Big Little Lies’ on DVD (I actually watched in on the plane to Philadelphia, LOVED it and desperate to watch again), I always love to receive a candle, I usually ask for a diary from my other half (I’m still a pen and paper kind of girl) and a dressing gown from my family. Because give me a dressing gown, candle and a boxset and it’ll get me through winter without spending another penny…..!
If money were no object, this would be my dream line-up…

Tune in for a post on stocking fillers in a few days (my favourite little bits to buy!).
And, as a little extra – The White Company have offered The-Frugality readers 15% discount until December 19th on everything online using code FRUGALITY15 (excluding furniture).
Alex. Have you tried Aldi’s version of Jo Malone candles/diffusers? I smelt one at my friends and was amazed at how good they are. And for £3.49 or £3.99
Currently burning Pomegranate candle and Lime Basil and Mandarin diffuser ??
Oh I have heard good things about this – Faux Malone! It’s always so hard to find pics from Aldi’s website though annoyingly…! I did find the pink gin though which i think is such a fun present! xx
Stella & Dot always has such cute accessories. There’s something for everyone!
