Join me for an exclusive shopping event with Kitri – 19th October

Fashion - By Alexandra Stedman

Shirt: £75, Kitri. Pinafore dress: £115, Kitri. Heels: £29.99, Mango.

Photographs of me: Christopher O’Donnell.

Store photographs: Mariell Lind Hansen.

Every now and then, a new brand launches and you just get it straight away. Well-cut tailoring, clean line dresses and tops with just the right amount of colour – Kitri was one of these when they launched earlier this year (yep, the brand hasn’t even been around a year yet and already loved by Influencers such as Brittany Bathgate, Lindsay Holland and Katherine Ormerod).

And then they launched a Pop-Up store in Marylebone last month and I REALLY, REALLY got it. Fab colour combos and the feeling you’re in someone’s home rather than a sterile store – designed by the fab design team Campbell Rey.

To be honest, I agreed to do this event before I saw the store as I just knew it would be good…and when I popped in to shoot this last week I really was impressed – and it’s so nice to see the clothes come to life. I love online and it’s where I do 90% of my shopping these days but there is something about seeing and trying products up close which is incomparable.

And it’s a chance for me to catch up with some of you lovely readers, indulge in some gin cocktails (or non alcoholic, in my case), nibbles and an exclusive 20% discount on the evening. You might even meet my mum (if you’re lucky!) and dad (if you’re not!).

So, what do you say? The event will be at the Kitri pop-up store, 35 Thayer Street, Marylebone, W1U 2QX from 6:30-8:30pm Thursday 19th October.

It’s an intimate space so numbers will be limited, and we will let you know on a first email first served basis. Please RSVP to alex@the-frugality.com.gridhosted.co.uk with all names so we know numbers on the night – thank you! Looking forward to it!

This is very far away from me, sadly, and they don’t ship to NZ, but I l-o-v-e the pinafore dress. I’ll put it on the list of shops to visit next time I’m in London.

Sorry!! Maybe one day soon they’ll expand their shipping – they’ve already achieved so much in such a short time! x

So about this quote “I love online and it’s where I do 90% of my shopping these days but there is something about seeing and trying products up close which is incomparable.” Agreed!!
Also amazing to see you always supporting brands in the early days – about to send you an email as I’d love to do a collab together, interested to hear what you think 🙂
