A few years ago, I vowed to fill my drawers with chic pyjamas and loungewear. A total luxury, yes. But considering I don’t leave the house most evenings anymore and spend most of my weekends in elasticated waists (by choice!), it’s something I have never regretted. And that’s not to say that having crisp, lovely designed pjs means they have to be expensive, some of my favourites sets haven’t cost the earth.

Here’s a lovely edit of pyjamas that will make you feel chic, despite having toothpaste stains down the front and having not washed your hair for days. I am mainly drawn towards button front versions, so these will reflect that, plus I have added fabrics so you are aware of the composition before clicking:

I must say the Topshop ones are majestic ! Definitely going to be on the lookout for those now, I too love pyjamas – they’re all I asked for for Christmas !

Wow! You look good on the PJs, Alexandra. All my PJs are from H&M and Uniqlo. Not too expensive but very comfy.
AMAZING. KEEP POSTING, GOOD LUCK.
I think what we all love about PJs is the fact they are so versatile: bottoms with a camisole in warmer weather(remember warmer?); the shirt part on its own ; both worn together watching a DVD at the weekend. They are so much more acceptable when staying with friends too. Love this selection very much. Thanks Alex.
