Now, I do love a breton. However, this post is not about the ubiquitous breton top – there’s a different stripe around. Still navy or monochrome but a little more tailored – try this season’s wide-leg trousers.

One of my favourite online stores, Atterley Road, has rebranded as Atterley and has loads of amazing own brand pieces, including these fab striped trousers – in fact I love all the cotton stripes they have in at the moment. These trousers are perfect with a crisp t-shirt or vest – a great workwear piece or an ‘airport go-to’.
