And, did anyone catch the Topshop Unique show through the blog? I saw a few did on Instagram, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. Loved the juxtaposition of shearling coats and see through lace.

As I (may have) mentioned before, sleeves are kind of a big deal. This shirt is from H&M, and is a really crisp, fresh looking cotton. I got lots of compliments on it, although it’s definitely not good for a soup eating situation. Luckily, we just went for oysters instead. Bonnie and I headed to J Sheekey in Covent garden for lunch – I had never been and Bonnie had to show me how to eat oysters (!) – it was such a lovely place, and dishes not that expensive for sharing – we sat at the bar and it had a fab atmosphere. It felt very ‘fashion’ but in a totally good way.
And then back to reality, and the shows. For the first time, my husband was involved in the shows, too, photographing behind the scenes of the Alice Temperley show, sponsored by Eve Lom (who gave the models facials as part of their pre make-up regime – sounds like bliss!).
And lastly, for me, was the Paul Smith show, which was really lovely – there was a beautiful white frill shirt with my name on it.
