Weekend Treat

Fashion - By Alexandra Stedman

Remember these…?

Trainers, £95, Carvela Kurt Geiger, Jeans: MiH Jeans

I have lived in my leopard ‘Van’ style slippers ever since I got them a few months back, so comfy and stylish when on the go.

And now, exciting news. Big thanks to a Frugality reader who has found that High Street favourite Gap has some identical ones for less than half price!

£39.95, Gap

I think I need the blue ones in my life, too?! Even Nicola Rose, Fashion & Creative Director at Red, is loving them on her online blog here.

And while we’re singing Gap’s praises, what about these camouflage trousers? I am in love with Christopher Kane’s £500 camouflage skirt but these will do for the time being:

Jeans, £34.95, Gap
Wool skirt, £495, Christopher Kane at Matches Fashion

Also, I just walked past Russell & Bromley and the shoes I wore are now available instore and to buy online. They come in both black and leopard – either are a good buy in my opinion.

I love the Kurt Geiger Laurel ones which you have – they're my perfect ones but I did manage to find a pair at Next for £18 which I am more than happy with. The Gap ones are nice and I have to say I prefer the blue to the brown for the fact that I like the black accents on them.
