My obsession with dungaree style attire has reached fever pitch. Easy, adds a bit of difference to my usual jeans and jumper combo and has that slightly Japanese minimalistic edge I love.
This is what I call my Margaret Howell look – clean, simple and chic. I wish I could be an eternal minimalist but I just like that Gucci eclecticism too much.
Apologies this dress didn’t seem to land online, I bought in the Regent Street store (one of those frequent times I went in for a refund and ended up exchanging and spending more) but Asos have a similar one here and I am obsessed with Whistles’ gingham one for summer.
And carrying on with the Japanese trend, these trainers are about as Harajuku as you get. I must admit, I was dubious at first – I love the flannel twist on the trainer but when I saw them up close, the flatform was a bit mad. And then I put them on, and there’s something about the oversized chunky sole that feels right, and the extra height comes in handy.

Such a nice and comfy outfit. I didn't notice the height of the soles until you mentioned it, and I love the look! Now I just need to try a pair on :B
