Bella noche…

Fashion - By Alexandra Stedman
Jumper: £320, Bella Freud. Skirt: Marks & Spencer (old but buy similar from Zara here). Heels: £109, Boden. Earrings: £25, Finery. Photographs: Christopher O’Donnell
I wanted to share a few snaps from my Bella Freud private shopping evening and preview to the new season in the Marylebone store, to kick off London Fashion Week.
It was a small, intimate affair (and was oversubscribed on the first day!), which meant I could catch up with everyone personally – and it was like chatting with old friends!
I really mean it when I say thank you for all your support. Sometimes blogging can be lonely and you’re really not sure whether what you’re writing about resonates with anyone…so the fact that likeminded people are reading and care about the same things I do makes it an all round better experience. I was thrilled so many people love Bella Freud as much as I do (and have done, since my early twenties) and it was so much fun watching people try on and buy with such a thrill.
I sourced the flowers from new favourite florist Grace & Thorn
Canapes were by Canababes

What did I get? Well, I had to give back this fabulous pink cashmere….but swapped it for the tee instead! Plus my mum came and bought me a cushion I’d been after for a while (which we aren’t allowed to touch until christmas!). And with an exclusive discount and a set of the amazing long matches with purchase? A no brainer…

My wonderful husband photographed and filmed a short video for the evening through LuckyNo 13:

The event looked amazing, congrats! I was gutted when I missed getting a place as I would have loved to go. Love Bella Freud, just wish I could afford more of it :o) As always thanks for posting x

Thank you! Sadly due to fire restrictions (and also access to the shopping rails!), the store didn't want anymore than 30 so we had to be super tight! Typically, some people pulled out on the day so there was probably more room….but so hard to plan for – but there will be more! xxx
