There’s no doubt it’s the summer of the dress.
Easy to wear, it doesn’t require (too) much thought in styling and the High Street has definitely got it covered.
So for those of us who still haven’t fully got our summer wardrobe in gear (me included), here’s a few summer dresses that are still worth buying:

Now this is, for me, one of those perfect holiday dresses – somewhere like Crete with those whitewashed walls and distressed blue doors. Just throw it on with a pair of gladiator sandals, a silk tie in your hair and a basket bag.

Okay so this dress has sold out BUT it is coming back and there is a waiting list for it. And I’m on it. So I just thought I’d give you a heads up. you’re welcome.

I haven’t looked at New Look for a while, but as soon as I saw this dress on LoveClothBlog’s Instagram, I logged on immediately. It’s super flattering with long sleeves and midi length (as opposed to most on the market which are so short!) and I love how Kim has styled hers with trainers.

There aren’t many blogposts now where I don’t do a lot of my research on And Other Stories…it just gets it right for me. I love this dress, and even a little more so for being a maxi dress. I actually have purchased this so hopefully it’ll look as good as I imagine with flats!

I saw someone wearing this in mustard yellow recently, and it looked amazing. It’s quite low-cut so more for the smaller chested amongst us – it also looks great half done up with jeans or over shorts on holiday.

Apologies, this dress post seems to have a bit of a chiffon and floral theme – but that’s trends for you. Again, the longer sleeves make this much cooler than the usual tea dress and it’d make a great everyday style worn with flats.

And finally, another fab dress for holiday. Imagine with a bit of a tan and some layered gold jewellery…

I love that top shop dress! A has such a cute color
I recently bought the Free People one and it’s on its way to me. Hope it’s as beautiful in person as it looks on the photo! I see it as a more affordable version of Realisation Par and Reformation dresses.
I love the pink dress with the sneakers in your feature photo! I never think to buy dresses from any of these places, but I’m really tempted to shop at Topshop now!
I really like how you styled that pink dress, sneakers makes it relaxed and not too romantic. Love it!

Gorgeous dresses but so much polyester . Even the pricey Other Stories one. They just get terribly sweaty on me and put me off buying them.
