Saturday morning in Knightsbridge, wandering through the pretty Mews, past the chic boutique windows and stopping for breakfast in a new brunch spot – the perfect start to a weekend for me. Walking the quiet streets, you always feel like a real local (I may be a Londoner but still feel a lifetime away from being a Knightsbridge local).

There’s something Parisian about my weekend look – a breton and blazer are that fail-safe combination that just gives you that ‘je ne sais quoi’ that just works.

I love a good brunch spot (see my last post on my favourite places here) so when cool new fashion brand Mo & Co (recently launched at Selfridges) asked me to wear my favourite piece in a favourite London spot, I jumped at the chance to try somewhere new (all in the name of research, obviously). Pont St, in Belgravia, is like a hidden treasure behind the hustle and bustle of Knightsbridge – calm, uber chic and with tiles to die for – it’s a dream location for the perfect mix of poached eggs and people watching.

The Frends headphones I found for half price in TK Maxx!
And back to the Parisian in me…yes I ordered bread. Although I try to live a gluten-free life, sometimes you just have to say ‘je m’en fous’ (yes I looked it up), because when the croissants look that good…

MO & Co is a new store in my life, and I have only become acquainted with it in last month or so (when the team visited London and showed me round their new concession in Selfridges). It’s a bit like a cross between J Crew and Mother of Pearl (a hybrid I can relate to), a mid range High Street brand with a mix of well-cut classics and a lot of cool embellishment.
See the MO & Co collection online here. Or pop into the new concession in Selfridges, London

Wishing you all wonderful weekends of cooked breakfasts and breton tops. Living your weekends like a Parisian is always a good idea…

This post was in collaboration with MO & Co, a super cool new brand launched in Selfridges – I urge you to check it out!

Which is why I try to avoid France for a holiday -as much as I'd love to live on cheese and bread, my body just wouldn't agree!

So pleased! I'm hoping to start some London City Guides soon, actually – it's the one place I don't really do as a tourist – so need to start!

I would say quite big, to be honest – I got a size 10 (as always think Asos is cut for a 16 year old) but actually, I could go down a size x
